Don't confuse what feels right with what feels familiar. Start making decisions based on what is truly best for you?

Here are a few tips:

  1. Take time to reflect. Before making a decision, take some time to reflect on what you truly want and need. Ask yourself if the decision you are about to make is truly aligned with your values and goals.
  2. Get outside of your comfort zone. Make a conscious effort to try new things and step outside of your comfort zone. This can help you expand your horizons and open up new possibilities.
  3. Seek out new perspectives. Talk to others (like an Executive Coach) who have different experiences and perspectives. This can help you see things from a different angle and gain new insights.
  4. Be willing to take risks. Sometimes, the best decisions are the ones that feel scary or uncomfortable at first. Be willing to take calculated risks and try new things, even if they feel unfamiliar.
💡
Confusing what feels right with what feels familiar can be a dangerous trap that limits our potential for growth and success.
